Educational Qualification

  • For CSIR/UGC/DBT/ICMR Fellowship: First-class M.Sc. in Life Sciences/Zoology/Biotechnology/Molecular Biology/Microbiology/Pharmacology/Toxicology/Immunology or related fields. Must have qualified JRF & presently held valid Fellowship from CSIR/UGC/ICMR/DBT.

Age Limit

  • Maximum age limit is 28 years. Age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates. Other categories will receive relaxation as per CSIR/UGC/DBT/ICMR Policy.

Salary and Stipend

  • Junior Research Fellow (JRF) will receive a monthly stipend and other allowances as per CSIR/UGC/DBT/ICMR Guidelines. This is a project-based position under the 7th CPC framework for research fellows.
