Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Guest Lecturer - Graphics: Must be qualified as per the Chhattisgarh Government Higher Education Department rules and Guest Lecturer Policy 2024 (amended 2026).

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • Scrutiny of applications by a committee of senior teachers.
  • Recommendation of selection by the committee.
  • Approval by the Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor.
  • Selection will be strictly based on the guidelines specified in the Chhattisgarh Government Higher Education Department Guest Lecturer Policy 2024 (amended 2026).
  • Note: As no walk-in interview is mentioned, TA/DA is not applicable.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

  • Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate / Birth Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth
  • All Degree and Consolidated Mark Sheets (Relevant Qualifications)
  • Experience Certificates on Official Letterhead (if applicable)
  • Valid Category / Caste Certificate in Central Government prescribed format (if applicable)
  • Two recent passport-size photographs & Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN)
  • Self-attested photocopies of all original certificates and mark sheets
  • Submit the application form along with the required documents to the Office of the Dean, Faculty of Visual Arts, Indira Kala Sangeet Vishwavidyalaya, Khairagarh (Chhattisgarh) so that it reaches by 6 November 2026.
