📝 How to Apply Step-by-Step

• The application process has two mandatory steps. Both must be completed for the application to be considered valid.
• Step I: Registration and Application on NAPS/NATS Portal
• For Codes 101, 102, 108, 109, 110 & 111: Register and apply on the NAPS portal: apprenticeshipindia.gov.in. Search for location "IOCL, Panipat Refinery & Petrochemical Complex" and select the respective trade.
• For Codes 104, 105, 106 & 107: Register and apply on the NATS/BOAT portal: nats.education.gov.in.
• Establishment IDs: NATS - NHRPPC000003; NAPS - E10150600035.
• Step II: Filling Additional Details on Microsoft Forms
• After applying on NAPS/NATS, mandatorily submit details in the Microsoft Forms link available on the IOCL website (www.iocl.com).
• Submit only one response. Ensure the Enrollment/Student ID matches Step I.
• Use the same email ID and mobile number as in Step I.
• Note: Both steps must be completed by 12-08-2026 (17:00 Hrs). Incomplete applications will be rejected.

Key Instructions for Candidates

• Eligibility: Ensure you have the prescribed qualification with the required percentage (50% for UR/OBC, 45% for SC/PwBD) and meet the age criteria (18-24 years).
• NAPS/NATS Registration: You must be registered on the NAPS or NATS portal (as applicable) before applying.
• Two-Step Application: Completing both Step I (NAPS/NATS) and Step II (Microsoft Forms) is mandatory. Incomplete applications will be rejected.
• One Application Only: A candidate can apply for only one trade/discipline. Multiple applications will be summarily rejected.
• Location Choice (Code 108): If applying for Code 108, choose only one location (Panipat or New Delhi). Applying for both locations leads to rejection.
• No Written Test: Selection is purely merit-based on academic marks. No examination will be conducted.
