Eligibility Criteria and Educational Qualification

• Physiotherapist: Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy (B.P.T) with valid Council Registration.
• Psychologist - Clinical (NMHP): M.Phil in Clinical Psychology or M.Sc Psychology / M.Sc Rehabilitation Psychology / M.A Psychology with RCI registration and a minimum of 2 years experience in a mental health hospital or clinic.
• Radiographer / X-Ray Technician: Passed Class XII with Science stream; completed a Paramedical course recognized by the Government of Chhattisgarh; live registration with Chhattisgarh Para Medical Registration Council.
• Dentist: MDS or BDS with valid registration in Chhattisgarh Medical Council.

Selection Process and Screening Clause

• The selection for CMHO Bilaspur contractual posts will be conducted through the following stages on the day of the walk-in interview:
• Written Test (Screening): A screening written test may be conducted if the number of candidates exceeds the manageable limit for direct interview.
• Skill Test: Candidates shortlisted from the screening test will appear for a skill test relevant to the respective post.
• Document Verification: Original documents will be verified for all shortlisted candidates.
• Merit List: Final selection will be based on a merit list prepared from the above stages.
• Note: No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for attending the walk-in interview or any stage of the selection process. This is a contractual appointment and does not confer permanent government job status or pension benefits.

Required Documents and Instructions for Candidates

• Candidates attending the walk-in interview must bring the following documents (originals along with one set of self-attested photocopies):
• Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate or Birth Certificate as proof of date of birth.
• All educational degree and consolidated mark sheets relevant to the post applied for.
• Valid Council Registration Certificates (RCI for Psychologist, CG Para Medical Council for Radiographer, CG Medical Council for Dentist, Physiotherapy Council for Physiotherapist).
• Experience certificates on official letterhead (mandatory for Psychologist post: minimum 2 years experience in a mental health hospital or clinic).
• Valid Category / Caste Certificate in Central Government prescribed format (if applicable).
• Two recent passport-size photographs and valid Photo ID proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN).
• Duly filled application form (if required as per the official notification).
• Instructions:
• Read the official notification carefully before attending the walk-in interview.
• Reach the venue well in advance to complete registration formalities.
• Carry all original documents; applications without valid original documents will not be considered.
• Verify your eligibility criteria before attending the walk-in interview.
• Keep extra passport-size photographs for submission if required.
