IFFCO Agriculture Graduate Trainee Recruitment 2026 – Overview

Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Educational Qualification: Four Years B.Sc. (Agriculture) Full-Time Regular Degree from a University/Institute recognized by the UGC/AICTE.
  • Minimum Marks: General/OBC – 60% aggregate; SC/ST – 55% aggregate in B.Sc. (Agriculture).
  • CGPA Conversion: Candidates with CGPA scores must convert to percentage while filling the application form.
  • Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as on 01/09/2026. Age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (non-creamy layer).
  • Language Requirement: Candidate must be well versed in reading, writing, and speaking the regional language of the State for which the application is made. Knowledge of Hindi is desirable.
  • Nationality: Indian citizens only.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • Preliminary Computer Based On-Line Test: Eligible candidates must appear for the preliminary test in an open environment using their own computer/laptop with internet facility.
  • Final On-Line Test: Shortlisted candidates from the preliminary test will be called for the final test at designated centers in a controlled environment.
  • Personal Interview: Candidates shortlisted after the Final On-Line Test will be called for a personal interview.
  • Medical Examination: Candidates shortlisted after the interview will undergo a medical examination as per IFFCO's medical standards before final selection.
  • Note: IFFCO management reserves the right to change the selection procedure based on the number of applications received. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in any stage of the selection process.

Stipend & Salary Structure

  • Training Period: One Year
  • Stipend during Training: Rs. 33,300/- per month (presently)
  • Basic Pay on Absorption: Rs. 37,000/- per month
  • Regular Pay Scale: Rs. 37,000 – 70,000 per month
  • Allowances/Benefits: As per rules of the Organisation
  • Important: Absorption is subject to IFFCO's requirement after successful completion of the one-year training period. This is a trainee position, not a regular government cadre appointment.
