Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Scientific Officer (Veterinary): Master's Degree in Veterinary with a minimum of 05 years of experience in the specialized area. Only candidates who satisfy both the degree requirement and the 05-year experience criterion will be considered for shortlisting.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • Stage 1 — Shortlisting: Applications will be screened against the published eligibility criteria (qualification and 05 years of relevant experience). Only shortlisted candidates will be called forward.
  • Stage 2 — Test / Interview: Shortlisted candidates may be required to appear for a written test and/or a personal interview as determined by IIT Jodhpur.
  • Stage 3 — Document Verification: Final selection is subject to verification of original certificates and documents at the time of joining or interview.
  • TA/DA: No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for appearing in the selection process.
  • Note: This is a contractual appointment. The position does not confer permanent government employment status.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

  • Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate or Birth Certificate as proof of date of birth
  • Master's Degree in Veterinary with all consolidated mark sheets
  • Experience certificates on official letterhead demonstrating 05 years of experience in the specialized area
  • Valid category/caste certificate in Central Government prescribed format, if applicable
  • Two recent passport-size photographs and valid photo ID proof (Aadhaar, Voter ID, or PAN)
  • Printout of the submitted online application form for future reference
  • All self-attested photocopies of supporting documents as specified in the official notification
