Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• PGT – Physical Education: B.P.Ed. / B.P.E with 55% marks and M.P.Ed with at least 2 years duration from a recognised institution. Fresh candidates below 40 years; experienced candidates below 55 years with minimum 5 years teaching experience during the last 10 years.
• TGT – Health & Wellness Teacher: Graduate in Psychology with a Certificate/Diploma in Counselling, OR Graduate in Psychology, OR Graduate with Diploma in Psychology in schools where Psychology is taught as a subject at 10+2 level. Prior experience as a Wellness Teacher/Counsellor preferred.
• TGT – Computer Science: BCA or Graduation in Computer Science or B.E./B.Tech. (Computer Science/IT), OR Graduation in any subject with an A-Level course from DOEACC (Ministry of Information & Communication Technology, Government of India).
• TGT – Special Educator: Graduation & B.Ed (Special Education) with 50% marks, or B.Ed General with one/two year Diploma in Special Education, or Post Graduation Diploma in Special Education.
• TGT – Archery Coach: Graduate with Diploma in Coaching from NIS. Expertise in Archery with national/international-level proficiency.
• Science Lab Attendant: 12th Pass with science and computer literacy.
• Supervisor Administration: Preferably retired JCO/Honorary rank personnel with administrative experience. Knowledge of handling Master Ledger of stores, store/equipment maintenance and man-management. Adequate working knowledge of computers. Stay in campus is mandatory.
• Head Clerk: Preferably an Ex-Serviceman of Clerk category up to 55 years. 5–10 years' experience in office management, account handling as Head Clerk with high proficiency in staff duties and drafting. Computer savvy – MS Office. Minimum Graduate in case of civilian. No disciplinary case in entire service.
• Warden: Only Ex-Servicemen with a minimum of 10 years of service. Below 55 years of age.
• Nursing Assistant (Female): B.Sc. (Nursing) or Diploma in ANM/GNM with experience in the same capacity. Stay in campus is mandatory.
• Dorm Attendant (Boys' / Girls' Hostel): Matriculation / 10+2. Stay in hostel is mandatory.
• Candidates with a minimum of one year's experience will be preferred across all posts.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Screening Computer Test: Conducted for PGT (Physical Education), TGTs (Health & Wellness, Computer Science, Special Educator – excluding Archery Coach), Supervisor Administration, and Head Clerk posts.
• Interview & Assessment: Teaching Skills Assessment and hands-on experience assessment as applicable for teaching posts; hands-on experience assessment for non-teaching posts.
• Archery Coach & Non-Test Posts: Selection for TGT Archery Coach, Warden, Nursing Assistant, Dorm Attendants, and Science Lab Attendant based on document verification and interview/assessment as applicable.
• Screening Clause: If the number of eligible candidates exceeds the prescribed limit, a screening computer test will be conducted to shortlist candidates for interview.
• No TA/DA will be paid to candidates appearing for the selection process.

How to Apply – Offline Submission Instructions

• Obtain the application form from the School Office (for Rs. 250) or download it from the official APS Beas website.
• Fill the application form completely with all required details and affix photographs.
• Prepare a Demand Draft for Rs. 250 in favour of 'Principal, Army Public School Beas', payable at Beas only.
• Enclose self-attested copies of all required documents including educational certificates, experience certificates, and category certificate (if applicable).
• Send the completed application form along with the Demand Draft and documents via Registered Post or Speed Post ONLY to the School Office, Army Public School Beas.
• Application must be received on or before 30 October 2026. Applications submitted by ordinary post, courier, email, or hand delivery will not be accepted.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

• Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate / Birth Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth
• All Degree and Consolidated Mark Sheets (Relevant Qualifications)
• Experience Certificates on Official Letterhead (if applicable)
• Valid Category / Caste Certificate in Central Government prescribed format (if applicable)
• Demand Draft of Rs. 250 in favour of 'Principal, Army Public School Beas', payable at Beas
• Two recent passport-size photographs & Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN)
• B.Ed / B.P.Ed / NIS Coaching Certificate / Diploma in Special Education as applicable to the post
