Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Technical Assistant (Civil): Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent with 05 years practical experience in Civil Engineering works. Knowledge of AutoCAD is required. Knowledge of Konkani is required and Knowledge of Marathi is desirable.
• Age Limit: Maximum 45 years as on 17 November 2026. Age relaxation of up to 05 years applicable to Project Cell employees.
• Domicile Requirement: Must possess a valid certificate regarding 15 years residence in the State of Goa issued by the Mamlatdar, or documentary evidence for exempted categories.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Shortlisting of eligible candidates based on qualifications and experience.
• Oral interview for shortlisted candidates. Only eligible candidates shall be called for the oral interview by issue of call letters.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

• Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate / Birth Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth
• Original Degree in Civil Engineering Certificate and all Consolidated Mark Sheets
• Experience Certificates on Official Letterhead evidencing 05 years practical experience in Civil Engineering works
• Valid certificate regarding 15 years residence in the State of Goa issued by the Mamlatdar (or documentary evidence for exempted categories)
• Certificate of other qualifications (AutoCAD Knowledge proof)
• Two recent passport-size photographs & Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN)

• Attach self-attested copies of required certificates and documents.
• Submit the application in person at the office of Project Cell, Special Purpose Vehicle (GTDC Ltd), 4th Floor, Paryatan Bhavan, Patto Panaji-Goa on or before 17/11/2026 by 5:00 PM.
• Obtain an acknowledgement slip upon submission.
