Post-Wise Vacancy & Pay Scale

• The remuneration is consolidated basic pay as per 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC) with applicable allowances.

Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Professor: Qualification and experience as per the National Medical Commission (NMC) Gazette Notification dated 30.06.2025.
• Associate Professor: Qualification and experience as per the NMC Gazette Notification dated 30.06.2025.
• Assistant Professor: Qualification and experience as per the NMC Gazette Notification dated 30.06.2025.
• For Army Retired Medical Teachers: Eligible as per NMC norms; must produce an Equivalent Teaching Experience Certificate issued by DGAFMS at the time of the interview.
• All candidates must hold a valid Registration Certificate issued by NMC or the State Medical Council (Rajasthan).

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Candidates must report between 09:00 AM and 11:00 AM at the Dean Office, 2nd Floor, ESIC Medical College and Hospital, Jaipur with all required testimonials and a duly filled proforma.
• Selection is based on the candidate's performance in the walk-in interview conducted before the Selection Board.
• Results will be displayed on the official ESIC website.
• Selected candidates must join immediately after receiving the offer of appointment.
• Important: No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for attending the walk-in interview.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

• Duly filled Proforma (as annexed with the official notification)
• Self-attested copies and original documents for verification – age proof, educational qualifications, experience, research papers, publications, Pension Payment Order (PPO)
• Registration Certificate issued by NMC / State Medical Council (Rajasthan)
• Equivalent Teaching Experience Certificate from DGAFMS (for retired Army Medical Teachers)
• Category / Caste Certificate in Central Government prescribed format (OBC and EWS certificates must not be older than one year at the time of interview)
• Income and Asset Certificate as per DOPT Letter No. 36039/1/2019-Estt(Res) dated 31.01.2019 (for EWS candidates)
• Relieving / No Objection Certificate from previous/current employer, if applicable
• Demand Draft of Rs. 225/- in favour of "ESI Fund A/c No. 1" drawn on any scheduled bank, payable at Jaipur
• Two recent passport-size photographs and Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN)
