Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Lab Technician (Microbiology Lab): Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Microbiology or Biotechnology from a recognized university, institute, or State Board of Technical Education, with a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) or equivalent. Candidates holding a Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT) are also eligible to apply.
• Experience: One year of experience in a diagnostic laboratory is preferred. Experience will be considered in determining the applicable pay within the ₹ 26,210 – ₹ 32,000 range.
• Age Limit: The upper age limit is 30 years as of the walk-in interview date.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Walk-in Interview: Eligible candidates will appear for a direct interview at the venue on 16 October 2026 within the designated reporting window (10:00 AM – 10:30 AM).
• Document Verification: Original certificates and self-attested copies will be verified during the interview. Candidates failing to produce original documents will not be considered.
• Screening Clause: If the number of candidates attending exceeds the shortlisting threshold, a screening written test in the relevant subject (Microbiology / Medical Laboratory Technology) may be conducted before the interview.
• No TA/DA will be paid to candidates attending the walk-in interview.
• Contract Duration: The appointment is on a contractual basis for 6 months, extendable as per the requirements of ACTREC. This is not a permanent government job and does not confer lifetime pension or regular cadre status.
