Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • The cut-off date for education and experience is 16 November 2026. Post-wise requirements include engineering degrees, diplomas, M.Sc., BBA, MBA/PGDM, or ICSI Membership as applicable, with mandatory experience in the cement industry.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • The selection process includes shortlisting, personal interview, medical examination, and document verification. Shortlisted candidates may be called for a written test or group discussion if required. No TA/DA will be paid; sleeper class train fare reimbursement applies for interview travel exceeding 50 km.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

  • Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate / Birth Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth
  • All Certificates and Mark Sheets from Class 10th, 12th, Graduation, and Higher Qualifications
  • Experience Certificate issued by the employer with clear date of joining and relieving
  • Valid Caste Certificate in Central Government prescribed format (if applicable); OBC-NCL not more than one year old as on 16 November 2026
  • EWS Certificate in prescribed Government of India format as per DoPT guidelines (issued not more than one year old as on 16 November 2026)
  • Pay Scale Proof (for Govt./PSU candidates): Latest Salary Slip
  • Aadhaar Card and PAN Card
  • Certificate of CTC (for private candidates) from latest employer, or latest Salary Slip
  • Original Demand Draft of Rs. 100/- towards application fee (for UR, OBC, and EWS candidates)
  • Two recent passport-size photographs & Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN)

What is the application fee?

  • Rs. 100/- non-refundable for UR, OBC, and EWS via Demand Draft; exempt for SC, ST, PWD, and female candidates.

What is the salary?

  • Rs. 50,000 per month consolidated contractual fee plus accommodation/HRA.
