How to Apply Offline for Korea District NHM Recruitment 2026

  • Applications are invited offline via Registered Post/Speed Post. Follow these steps:
  • Download the official application form (Proforma A) from www.korea.gov.in.
  • Fill the form completely, mentioning Korea/MCB district, post applied for, and category (UR/OBC/SC/ST).
  • Affix one passport-size photo and self-attest all documents.
  • Attach required documents: marksheets (8th, 10th, 12th), degree/diploma, experience certificate, caste/domicile certificate, ID proof, etc.
  • Prepare a Demand Draft (DD) in favour of "District Health Society-Non-NRHM Fund" from a nationalised bank. Fee: Rs. 100-400 based on category and salary.
  • Write on envelope: District name, post applied for, category.
  • Send sealed envelope to: Office of the Chief Medical and Health Officer, District Korea, Baikunthpur, Chhattisgarh on or before 3rd July 2026 by 5:00 PM.
  • Important: Hand delivery or other modes not accepted. Separate DD for each post if applying multiple.

Selection Process for Korea NHM Recruitment 2026

  • Selection is merit-based:
  • Application Scrutiny: Eligible/ineligible lists uploaded on www.korea.gov.in.
  • Skill/Written Test/Interview (20 marks): Minimum 30% required.
  • Merit List: Based on educational marks (65-60% weightage), experience (10-20 marks), bonus marks (10 for COVID service), and test marks (20). Total 100 marks.
  • Final Selection: Elder candidate preferred in case of tie.
  • Shortlisting ratio: 10x for 1-10 posts; 5x for 11-50 posts.
