GPSC Inspector & Deputy Executive Engineer Result 2026 – Eligible List Out

• The Gujarat Public Service Commission (GPSC) has officially declared the List of Eligible Candidates for Application Scrutiny for two major recruitment drives. The result lists, published on 25 June 2026, cover the posts of Deputy Executive Engineer (Civil), Class-2 and Inspector of Inspection of Building and Other Construction, Class-II. Candidates who appeared in the preliminary examination held in May 2026 can now check whether their seat number appears in the eligible list and proceed with the online document upload process at the official GPSC portal.

How to Upload Documents for GPSC Application Scrutiny 2026

• The document submission process is fully online. Physical or postal submissions will not be accepted and will result in automatic rejection. Follow these steps:
• Visit the official GPSC portal: gpsc.gujarat.gov.in
• Log in with your registered credentials.
• Navigate to Advertisement No. 124/2025-26 (DEE Civil) or 98/2025-26 (Inspector) as applicable.
• Open your confirmed online application form. If your photograph or signature is missing, attach a passport-size photo or sign the form again.
• Upload scanned copies of all required documents as listed in the official notification.
• Submit your application within the deadline notified by GPSC on their website.

Documents Required for GPSC Application Scrutiny 2026

• All eligible candidates must scan and upload the following documents online at the official GPSC portal. The complete list of applicable documents will be published on the GPSC website under the respective advertisement number.
• Copy of SSC Credit Certificate (as proof of date of birth – school leaving certificate not accepted)
• Government Gazette copy or Marriage Registration Certificate (if name/surname has been changed)
• Caste Certificate from a competent authority (for SC, ST, and SEBC candidates)
• Appendix-K in Gujarati format with specific application number and date (for SEBC candidates) – Annexure-A in English or for central government recruitment not accepted
• Medical certificate in prescribed format from a Government Hospital Superintendent/Civil Surgeon/Medical Board (for Divyang/PwD candidates)
• Copy of Discharge Book (for Ex-Servicemen candidates)
• Marriage Registration Certificate or gazette copy of name change (for married women candidates)
• Affidavit of non-remarriage (for widow candidates)
• All semester/year marksheets of graduation and post-graduation (as applicable)
• Graduation and post-graduation degree certificates
• Internship completion certificate (for medical, dental, and veterinary posts, if applicable)
• Council registration certificate, PhD degree, NET/SLET certificate (if required as per advertisement)
• Proof of equivalence of foreign university degree (if applicable)
• No Objection Certificate from competent authority (for existing Gujarat Government employees – to be submitted in original at interview)
• Experience certificates showing type of work, pay scale, and designation (as required per advertisement)
• Xerox copy of fee receipt (for unreserved/general category candidates)
• Any other relevant supporting documents as per the advertisement
