How to Download

• Visit the official website: uppsc.up.nic.in on or after 22 September 2026.
• On the homepage, click the link titled “Download Interview Letter for Combined State/Upper Subordinate Services Exam-2025.”
• Click “Click here to Authenticate” and log in using your OTR (One Time Registration) Number and Password/OTP.
• Your Applicant Dashboard will open automatically after authentication.
• Click “Check Latest Status” against the relevant exam.
• Read all on-screen instructions carefully before proceeding to each stage.
• Fill in the online preference form (post/group preference, where applicable) with accurate details, then click SAVE and SUBMIT.
• Download and print all five required documents: Application Form, Verification Form, Affidavit (देशना पत्र), Marks Statement (अंकतालिका विवरण), and Preference Form.

Documents to Carry

• As per the official notice, the interview cannot be conducted without the mandatory documents. Carry the following:
• One complete printed set of the Application Form, Verification Form, Affidavit, Marks Statement, and Preference Form.
• 5 photographs: 2 self-attested + 3 plain passport-size (affixed and signed as instructed on the form set).
• Original certificates and mark sheets of all educational qualifications, along with self-attested copies.
• Reserved category candidates: Caste certificate (latest prescribed format).
• EWS category candidates: EWS certificate issued as per Government Order dated 18 February 2019.
• Central/State Government employees: No Objection Certificate (NOC) in original.
• A valid photo ID proof (Aadhaar, Voter ID, Passport, Driving License, etc.).
