Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Driver Grade I (Level 5):(a)(i) Holding analogous post on regular basis in parent cadre/department; OR(a)(ii) 6 years regular service in Level 4 (₹25,500-81,100) or equivalent; AND(b) Pass trade test of appropriate standard specified by Central Government.
• Driver Grade II (Level 4):(a)(i) Holding analogous post on regular basis in parent cadre/department; OR(a)(ii) 9 years regular service in Level 2 (₹19,900-63,200) or equivalent; AND(b) Pass trade test of appropriate standard specified by Central Government.
• Educational Qualification: Not specified in notification. Candidates must list qualifications in Annexure-I.
• Age Limit: Maximum 56 years as on closing date of receipt of applications.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Selection is subject to passing a trade test of appropriate standard as specified by the Central Government.
• A Selection Committee will assess the Curriculum Vitae, essential qualifications, and work experience documents.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the trade test/interview.
• Applications must be forwarded through proper channel with vigilance clearance, integrity certificate, and APARs for last 5 years.

• Application in triplicate in prescribed Annexure-I proforma with passport size colour photograph
• Attested copies of complete and up-to-date APAR for the last 5 years
• Integrity Certificate
• Vigilance Clearance Certificate
• Certification by Employer/Cadre Controlling Authority (countersigned with seal) confirming no vigilance/disciplinary case pending, no major/minor penalty in last 10 years (or list thereof)
• CR Dossier in original or photocopies of ACRs/APARs for last 5 years attested by officer of rank Under Secretary or above
• For officers already on deputation: Application forwarded by parent cadre with Cadre Clearance, Vigilance Clearance, Integrity Certificate
• For non-Central Government pay scale organizations: Latest salary slip showing basic pay, scale, increments, allowances, total emoluments
• Additional sheet for employment details if space insufficient
