Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • For Trade Apprentice (Codes 101 & 103): 3-year B.Sc (Maths, Physics, Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry) with minimum 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates for reserved seats).
  • For Technician Apprentice (Code 107): 3-year Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering or related disciplines with minimum 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates for reserved seats).
  • Candidates must have passed qualifications by 30.09.2026; no part-time or distance qualifications eligible.
  • Higher qualifications like BE/B.Tech, MBA, etc., disqualify candidates.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • Selection is purely merit-based on the percentage of marks in the prescribed qualification, in descending order. No written test is conducted. Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification and pre-engagement medical examination. No TA/DA will be paid for travel except for SC/ST/PwBD candidates for document verification as per government rules.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

  • Original Matriculation Certificate as proof of date of birth.
  • All mark sheets and certificates of B.Sc or Diploma.
  • Category certificates in prescribed format (if applicable).
  • Print of NATS/NAPS registration.
  • Affidavit (Annexure–A) for eligibility confirmation.
  • One recent passport-size photograph and valid photo ID proof.
  • Medical fitness certificate as per apprenticeship guidelines.
