Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Post: Programmer (Daily Wage)
  • Qualification: MCA / BTech / MSc (Computer Science).
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Age Limit: Upper age limit is 59 years.
  • Other Criteria: Preference will be given to experienced candidates. Retired hands are eligible to apply. Candidates must produce an Equivalency Certificate if they passed their qualifying examination from a university other than the University of Calicut.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • Candidates must report at 10:00 AM on 06 November 2026 at the Principal's Chamber for the walk-in interview.
  • Original documents will be verified during the interview process.
  • An ad-hoc Selection Committee may conduct a screening test if deemed necessary.
  • Note: No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
  • IET, University of Calicut reserves the right to change the cut-off qualifications.

  • All relevant mark lists and certificates in original for verification.
  • One set of photocopies of all mark lists and certificates.
  • Equivalency Certificate (if passed from a university other than University of Calicut).
