How to Apply Online for AIIMS CRE-5 Recruitment 2026
- Visit the official AIIMS Exams website: www.aiimsexams.ac.in
- Register through the OTR (One-Time Registration) portal if you have not already done so. Note down your Registration Number and Password.
- Log in and click on the CRE-5 Application Link.
- Fill in all personal details carefully — name, date of birth, category, qualification, experience details, and NOC information if applicable. Name and DOB must match your Matriculation certificate.
- Upload your Photograph, Signature, and Left Thumb Impression in the format specified under "Upload Image Instructions" in the notification.
- Select your Examination Centre preference (state/UT) from the available options.
- Pay the applicable non-refundable examination fee (₹3,000 for Gen/OBC; ₹2,400 for SC/ST/EWS; Exempted for PwBD) via Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking. Pay separately for each group applied.
- Submit the application and download the Registration Slip for future reference.
- If employed in Govt./PSU/Autonomous Body: Upload your NOC from your current employer by 6 July 2026 — failure to upload will prevent you from appearing in the examination.
- Check your Application Acceptance Status on 9 July 2026 at www.aiimsexams.ac.in.

- Downloaded Registration Slip and Admit Card
- Date of Birth proof (Matriculation Certificate or equivalent)
- Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS) — OBC NCL certificate must be valid for FY 2026-27 (issued on or after 01 April 2026)
- EWS certificate issued between 01 April 2026 and 30 June 2026
- Disability certificate for PwBD candidates (minimum 40% benchmark disability)
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) from current employer — for Govt./PSU/Autonomous Body employees
- All educational qualification certificates (10th, 12th, Diploma, Degree, PG as applicable)
- Experience certificates mentioning dates, basic pay, and nature of duties
- Any other certificate specifically required by the respective institute
