Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • Selection will be carried out by a Selection Committee comprising members of the District Child Protection Unit, Araria. The process includes:
  • Screening of Applications: Assessment of educational qualifications and years of relevant experience against the published criteria.
  • Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. Candidates must carry all original certificates for verification at the time of interview.
  • Merit List: A final merit list will be displayed on araria.nic.in and the DCPU office notice board.
  • Important: Candidates appearing for the interview must bring originals of every certificate submitted as a photocopy with the application. Applications in a format other than the prescribed form will be rejected without consideration. No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for attending the interview. How to Apply – Instructions for Candidates

  • Candidates must obtain the prescribed application form (विहित प्रपत्र) from the District Administration, Araria website (araria.nic.in) or the printed form attached as page 3 of the notification. The application must be completed as follows:
  • Fill in personal details: post applied for, name, father's / husband's name, category (General / BC / EBC / SC / ST), caste, gender, date of birth, correspondence address, permanent address, phone number, and email.
  • Complete the educational qualification table (Matric, Inter, Graduate, G.N.M / ANM, other) with school / college name, board / university, subjects, year of passing, total marks, marks obtained, and division.
  • Complete the experience table: institution name, post held, from date, to date, current status, total period, and remarks.
  • Paste a self-attested passport-size colour photograph in the designated box and sign the declaration with date and place.
  • Attach all self-attested photocopies of enclosures.
  • Write in bold letters on the envelope: "Application for selection in विशिष्ट दत्तक ग्रहण संस्थान, अररिया" (Specialised Adoption Agency, Araria) along with the name of the post applied for.
  • Send the complete application by Speed Post or Registered Post to the following address:

  • Applications must reach within 30 days from the date of the advertisement's publication in the newspaper. Late applications will not be accepted. An application in any format other than the prescribed form will be rejected.

  • The engagement is fully temporary and on a contract basis. Temporary staff are not government servants and are not entitled to any facility admissible to regular government servants.
  • No claim to regularisation in government service will be entertained under any circumstances.
  • Engagement may be cancelled at any time on finding of false facts or adverse conduct.
  • If the institution closes on government order, all temporary staff engagement ends automatically.
  • The Assistant Director, DCPU Araria reserves the right to cancel the advertisement in case of legal dispute or other reasons.
