Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Senior Backend Developer: Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 5-8 years in backend development. Proficiency in Node.js / Python / Java / PHP frameworks. Experience with authentication, cloud services, and payment gateway integration. Knowledge of DRM, APIs, microservices, and database handling.
• Senior Front End Developer (Android): Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 5-8 years of Android app development. Strong knowledge of Java/Kotlin, Android SDK, and Android Studio. Experience with APIs, JSON/XML, push notifications, and offline storage. Familiarity with Material Design, responsive UI, Play Store deployment, and performance optimization.
• Senior Database Administrator: Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 5-8 years as a DBA in enterprise-level projects. Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Experience with data security, encryption, and backups. Knowledge of compliance frameworks (GDPR, IT Act, etc.).
• Senior System Administrator: Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Professional certifications like MCSA, RHCSA, or CompTIA Server+/Network+ (preferred). 5-8 years of experience in system/network administration. Hands-on knowledge of Windows/Linux server management, firewalls, and VPNs. Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Proficiency in backup management, monitoring tools, and troubleshooting. Strong understanding of system security, patch management, and user access control.
• Junior Front End Developer Web: Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 3-5 years in web frontend development. Strong in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue. Experience with responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility. Familiarity with API integration, state management, and frontend build tools (Webpack, npm). Knowledge of performance optimization and SEO basics.
• Content Reviewer & Writer (Hindi): Post-graduation in a relevant language from a recognised University with good knowledge of English / Hindi. 3-5 years in editorial review, proofreading, or quality assurance. Proficient in Unicode typing of respective language with a speed of at least 30 wpm. Knowledge of MS Office, Google Suite. An avid reader, a creative writer, strong command of grammar, style, and formatting. Ability to check metadata, categorization, and compliance with publishing guidelines.
• Content Reviewer & Writer (Multilingual): Post-graduation in a relevant field from a recognised University with good knowledge of English / Hindi. 3-5 years of proven work experience in Digital content writing & metadata creation in alignment with SEO best practices, press release, articles. Create high-quality descriptions, summaries and promotional blurbs for e-books. Fluent in Hindi, English or additional Indian language. An avid reader and writer.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Selection will be based on shortlisting of applications followed by a personal interview. If the number of applicants exceeds thirty (30) for any post, a screening written test may be conducted prior to the interview. Document verification will be conducted for shortlisted candidates. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview/test.
