• Service Period: Embodied service is restricted to 08 months per year.
• Enrollment Tenure: 2 years, extendable by 1 year based on performance.
• Pay & Allowances: Basic Pay as per rank & group + Dearness Allowance (DA). Also eligible for Children Education Allowance, House Rent Allowance, etc.
• Leave: 30 days annual leave + 15 days casual leave authorized for part-time staff.
• Note: Annual increment and gratuity are not admissible for Ex-Servicemen and Ex-women employees enrolled in this rally.
