Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• This post-retirement assignment is open only to retired Railway Officers. The official notification does not specify a minimum educational qualification. Eligible candidates must satisfy all of the following:
• Retired from the post of Junior Scale or Senior Scale (Pay Level-10 & above).
• Experience of field activities including construction as well as maintenance in civil engineering assets, with domain knowledge of civil engineering.
• Experience of office working such as preparation of estimates, drawing, budget allocation, works sanction and progress monitoring, tendering and procurement, official correspondence.
• Conversant with working in a computerized environment.
• Must not be more than 62 years of age on the closing date (i.e., not retired more than 2 years back). No age relaxation is printed.

Selection Process & Screening Clause
