Selection Process & Screening Clause
- The selection for RITES Individual Consultant posts is a two-stage process:
- Document Scrutiny / Verification — Tentatively scheduled from 10 to 13 November 2026. All submitted documents and experience claims will be verified against the eligibility criteria.
- Personal Interview — Tentatively scheduled from 17 to 20 November 2026. Candidates will be assessed on technical skills, subject knowledge, relevant experience, communication skills, and interpersonal capabilities. Shortlisting for the interview is based on meeting the prescribed eligibility conditions.
- No TA/DA shall be admissible for joining the assignment or for attending the interview. Police verification will be conducted as per Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) instructions.

- Certificates of Academic & Professional Qualifications along with Statements of Marks for all semesters/years

- PAN Card
- Proof of Different Periods of Experience as claimed in the application form
- Last Company Relieving Letter / Experience Certificate; NOC for Government/PSU employees

Critical Instructions
- The engagement is for deployment at a client's site and offer letters are subject to client approval of CVs and continued project requirements.
- The appointment is temporary and contractual for an initial tenure of 12 months and can be cancelled by RITES Limited at any time without assigning any reason.
- No statutory benefits such as Provident Fund, ESI, or Gratuity are applicable.
- Full-time consultants are not permitted to take up any other assignment during the consultancy period.
- Candidates currently employed must obtain proper relief from their parent organization before joining.
