Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • The maximum age limit is 40 years as on 23 October 2026 for all posts. All qualifications and experiences must have been held as on the advertisement date. Every applicant must possess excellent writing skills in English and Malayalam, computer proficiency, and thorough knowledge of MS Office / Open Office.
  • Data Entry Operator (7 Posts): Any Graduation with DCA; thorough knowledge in English & Malayalam Editor (ISM / Thoolika); one year post-qualification experience.
  • Lab Technician (4 Posts): Intermediate (Plus Two) and Diploma or certified course in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent.
  • Accountant: BCom with Tally; two years post-qualification experience.
  • State Accounts Manager: Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant.
  • State Accountant: Post Graduate in Commerce with 2 years experience in Finance Management; or MBA (Financial Management/Accounts) with 1 year experience; or 2 years experience in Audit/Accounts; plus computer certificate course.
  • Urban Health Finance Manager: CA / CMA / MBA (Financial Management); 5 years experience in Health Sector and accounts.
  • State Finance cum Logistics Officer: CA/CMA/MBA (Finance); 5 years experience, preferably in Health Sector.
  • Budget and Finance Officer: MBA Finance; minimum 3 years experience in a reputed undertaking.
  • Consultant Finance - PMABHIM: CA / ICWAI (2 years exp) or MBA Finance (5 years exp).
  • Consultant (Finance & Procurement): Commerce Graduate with 2 years experience in financial management, or MCom / MBA (Finance).
  • CST Coordinator: MSW / MPH / MBA (Health/Hospital Management) with 2 years experience in Programme implementation.
  • Statistical Assistant: Graduate in any discipline with DCA/DOE ACC; typing speed 40 wpm; knowledge of statistical software.
  • Veterinary Consultant: PG in Veterinary Public Health/Epidemiology/Medicine/Microbiology/Pathology; 3 years experience.
  • Consultant Engg-PMABHIM: BE / BTech Civil with Autocad knowledge; 2 years experience in building projects.
  • State PPM Coordinator: PG in MSW or MBA; 2 years experience in PPP / Health Projects.
  • Microbiologist - IRL: MD Microbiology / PhD / MSc in Medical / Applied / General Microbiology.
  • Consultant M&E: BSc Nursing / BDS with MPH.
  • Data Manager cum Statistician: MSc Bio-Statistics / Statistics / Maths (Stats) or BSc Statistics with 2 years experience.
  • Assistant Programmer (IT): BTech/BE/MCA/MSc (CSE/IT/ECE) full-time; proficiency in Python, PHP, MySQL, Javascript, HTML.
  • Consultant (RH): MSW; or any PG with PG Diploma in Journalism with 2 years experience.
  • Consultant (MIS): Masters in Statistics / Economics.
  • Assistant Programme Officer/Epidemiologist (NCD): Medical Graduate with MPH.
  • Jr. Consultant Monitoring and Evaluation: Medical Degree with MPH.
  • Jr. Consultant CH: BDS / MSc Nursing / Graduate with MPH; computer proficiency.
  • Sr. Consultant (BCC): PG in Mass Communication & Journalism or MA English/Malayalam with PG Diploma in Journalism; 3 years experience; fluency in English & Malayalam.
  • Jr. Consultant (D&C): PG in Journalism or any PG with PG Diploma in Journalism; 2 years experience.
  • Head (Social Development): Masters in Public Health / Social Work / Social Sciences; 10 years experience at National/State level in Social/Health/Gender projects.
  • Assistant Programme Officer/Epidemiologist (TB): MBBS with internship or MPH / PhD Epidemiology; 2 years experience in public health or 1 year in RNTCP.
  • State VBD Consultant: MSc Zoology / Entomology / Medical Entomology / Public Health Entomology.
  • ACSM Officer: MSW / Rural Development / PG in Social Sciences / Degree/PG Diploma in Health Education or Mass Comm; 3 years experience in development sector.
  • Senior Medical Officer-DR-TB: MBBS with rotatory internship from MCI recognized institution.
  • Entomologist: MSc Entomology or MSc Zoology (Entomology as subject).
  • Consultant Admin(HR): MBA in HR; 3 years experience.
  • Junior Consultant Admin(HR): MBA in HR; 1 year experience.
  • Junior Consultant (H&WC): MSc Computer Science / MCA; 3 years experience.
  • Secretarial Assistant: Matriculate pass; shorthand 80 wpm and typing 40 wpm; 2-3 years experience as office assistant.
  • Data Manager: PG in Computer Science with 3 years experience, or BE in IT/Electronics.
  • District Accounts Manager: MBA Finance / CA Inter with 3 years experience.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • Selection is based on qualification, experience, and performance in the interview.
  • Incomplete applications will not be considered for shortlisting.
  • The Society may prioritize interviews based on the immediate need for specific categories of posts.
  • On the recommendation of a selection committee, candidates may be asked to demonstrate practical skills in their area of specialization.
  • Original documents may be required at the time of the interview.
  • Providing references (especially names of previous superior officers) is considered ideal.
  • No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview/skill demonstration.
