Eligibility for Registrar

  • Essential: Officers holding analogous post in DAE/Aided Institutions OR Officers having a minimum of 3 years regular service in Level-13.

  • Age Limit: Not more than 56 years as on 10.02.2026.
  • Experience: Strong understanding of Purchasing principles, GFR rules, GeM portal, E-waybill generation, import/export procedures, and vendor coordination.
