Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Deputy General Manager (Career Development Services): MBA/PGDM (60% marks) from a recognized institution. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience (min. 3 years in Pay Level 11 or 5 years in Pay Level 10 in reputed institutions).
  • Medical Officer: MBBS with 5 years experience OR MD/MS in an appropriate branch of Medicine.
  • Manager (Civil): B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (60% marks). Minimum 10 years of experience in planning, design, and construction. M.Tech holders get 2 years experience relaxation.
  • Manager (Electrical): B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (60% marks). Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical installations. M.Tech holders get 2 years experience relaxation.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • Stage 1: Scrutiny of applications by a Screening Committee. Shortlisting is based on qualifications and experience higher than the minimum prescribed.
  • Stage 2: Written Test and/or Skill Test and/or Interview for shortlisted candidates.
  • Document Verification: Original certificates must be produced during the interview.
  • TA/DA: No TA/DA will be paid for attending the selection process.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

  • Latest photograph (not older than 6 months).
  • Certificates of qualification from Matriculation onwards.
  • Experience certificates on official letterhead (date, designation, pay, certified by competent authority).
  • Valid Category/Caste Certificate in Central Govt format (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS/PwBD).
  • Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar/Voter ID/PAN).
  • Government employees must apply through the proper channel with NOC.

What is the application fee?

  • The fee is Rs. 590/-. SC, ST, PwBD candidates and all internal candidates are exempted from paying the fee.

  • The salary for Manager (Civil) is Pay Level 10 as per the 7th CPC, along with other allowances as per Institute rules.
