1. Educational Qualification & Experience

  • Accounts Officer: Graduate in Commerce + Final CA/ICWA or MBA (Finance) with 55% marks. Min 02 years post-qualification experience in MIS, P&L accounts, balance sheet, and ERP System.
  • Purchase Officer (MMD): Graduate with MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain/Materials Mgmt OR B.E./B.Tech with 55% marks. Min 02 years experience in stores/inventory/tendering. Knowledge of e-procurement & ERP/SAP required.
  • Company Secretary: Graduate with 55% marks + ACS from ICSI. Min 02 years experience. Preference for Law degree holders.

2. Age Limit (as on 30.04.2026)

  • Upper Age Limit: 30 Years for General Category.
  • Age Relaxation: SC/ST: 5 years OBC (NCL): 3 years PwBD: 10-15 years (as per category) Ex-Servicemen: As per Govt. of India instructions

Selection Process for CEL Sarkari Naukri

  • The selection will be done through a rigorous process including:
  • Written Examination: Objective type (CBT/PBT) of 2 hours. Part I: Domain Knowledge (60 Questions) Part II: Aptitude Test (40 Questions - English, Reasoning, GA) Negative Marking: 0.25 marks per wrong answer. Min 50% marks required (relaxation for reserved categories).
  • Document Verification: Verification of original certificates.
