  • This Ordnance Factory Chanda Vacancy 2026 is a central government job opportunity for candidates in Maharashtra and across India.

Essential Qualification

  • Candidates must possess NCVT Certification (National Apprenticeship Certificate) in the following trades: Main Trade: AOCP (Attendant Operator Chemical Plant) – Skilled Level Feeder Trades: IMCP, MMCP, LACP, PPO, Fitter General, Machinist, Turner, Sheet Metal Worker, Electrician, Electronic Mechanic, Boiler Attendant, Mechanic Industrial Electronics, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic.
  • Priority: Priority shall be accorded to AOCP Trade Apprentices.

Age Limit

  • 18 to 40 years as on the last date of receipt of applications (for General candidates).
  • Age relaxation applicable for OBC-NCL (3 years), SC/ST (5 years), and Ex-Servicemen as per Government rules.

Salary & Pay Scale Details

  • Selected candidates will be engaged on a tenure/contract basis with a basic pay of Rs. 19,900 + DA as per applicable rates. The engagement is initially for one year and may be extended up to a maximum of four years based on factory requirements and individual performance.
