Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Post: Confidential Assistant
• Eligibility: Exclusively for staff retired from similar or higher posts in the Judicial Departments (as per G.O (Rt) No. 73/2020/SJD dated 12.02.2020 and 65/2020/SJD dated 06.02.2020).
• Age Limit: Upper age limit is 62 years. Appointment terminates upon attaining 62 years.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• The official notification does not specify a detailed selection process. Appointment is based on the inclusion of the applicant in a panel prepared by the District Court.
• The engagement is purely on a contract basis for a continuous term of 179 days.
• An agreement will be executed between the District Judge (for and on behalf of the Governor) and the appointed candidate.

• Original Certificates proving Date of Birth / Age.
• Certificates proving retirement designation, office, and date of retirement (Pension Payment Order - PPO No.)
• Experience Certificates proving service in Judicial Departments.
• Two recent passport-size photographs (One affixed on the application form).
• Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN).
• The application in the prescribed proforma must reach the address invariably by 13 November 2026, 5 PM.
