Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Office Assistant (Civil Engineering): Any Degree with at least 65% marks (First class and distinction), and a minimum of five years of experience in office work, along with good communication and management skills.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • Candidates will be shortlisted based on their academic background and relevant experience. Shortlisted candidates will be informed about the date of interviews. The mode of interview is online. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the online interview.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

  • Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate / Birth Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth
  • All Degree and Consolidated Mark Sheets (Relevant Qualifications)
  • Experience Certificates on Official Letterhead (if applicable)
  • Valid Category / Caste Certificate in Central Government prescribed format (if applicable)
  • Two recent passport-size photographs & Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN)
