Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Eligibility: Only Retired Officers of Central Government, State Government, Autonomous Bodies, or PSU.
  • Consultant (Administration):Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University.Minimum 5 years' experience in Administration, Personnel Management, Vigilance, etc.Experience in analogous post or Pay Level-11 and above.
  • Consultant (Finance):Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University.Minimum 5 years' experience in Finance, Budget, Accounts, Audit, GFR, DFPR, PFMS.Experience in analogous post or Pay Level-8 and above.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • Stage 1: Scrutiny and shortlisting by a Selection Committee of the Ministry.
  • Stage 2: Interview (Physical or via Video Conferencing).
  • TA/DA: TA/DA on official tour may be allowed as per entitlement at retirement. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing for the interview.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

  • Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate / Birth Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth.
  • All Degree and Consolidated Mark Sheets.
  • Experience Certificates on Official Letterhead (if applicable).
  • Valid Category / Caste Certificate in Central Government prescribed format (if applicable).
  • Two recent passport-size photographs & Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN).
