Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• The essential qualifications for the Teaching Associate post in Agricultural Extension are as follows:
• Minimum Degree: Ph.D. in the relevant subject or Master's Degree in the relevant subject.
• Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's Degree of 4/5 years duration with first division or equivalent overall grade point average (OGPA).
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of teaching/research experience, evidenced from Fellowship, Associateship, Training, or other equivalent engagements.
• Research Publication: At least one research paper published in a Science Citation Index (SCI) or NAAS-rated journal with a rating of 4.0 or above.
• NET Qualification: Candidates holding a postgraduate degree in Basic Sciences with 3-year Bachelor's and 2-year Master's degrees must hold NET qualification.
• Age Calculation: The upper age limit is 40 years for Men and 45 years for Women as on the date of the walk-in interview. No category-wise relaxation has been specified in the notification.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Selection for the Teaching Associate post is conducted solely through a walk-in interview held on 12 November 2026 from 10:00 AM onwards at the Office of the Associate Dean, Agricultural College, Mahanandi. No written examination is conducted.
• Candidates must register their names at the venue before 10:00 AM on 12 November 2026.
• Decision of the selection committee will be final and binding in all respects.

• One photocopy set of all certificates submitted at the registration desk.
• Details of trainings attended enclosed as supporting documents.
• Valid Photo ID proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN) and two recent passport-size photographs.
• Signed declaration accepting the terms and conditions of the contractual engagement.
