- Assistant Engineer (Civil): First Class B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 3 years experience as Junior Engineer in State PWD or equivalent.

- Assistant Registrar (Finance): Maximum 64 years
- Assistant Engineer (Civil): Maximum 35 years
