Eligibility
- Indian citizen as defined under Articles 5–8 of the Constitution.

- Pay Band-2: ₹14,000–70,000 + Grade Pay ₹5,600 plus other admissible allowances.

- City classes (HRA): X = Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Greater Mumbai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune. Y and Z cities are as listed by the Department of Expenditure (OM 21.07.2015). HRA is not paid if you live in government quarters.
