Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Group General Manager / Strategic Planning: Any Graduate (Full Time). P.G. Degree/Diploma in Management preferred. Experience: Min 18 years in Central Govt. organized Group 'A' Service or Min 20 years post-qualification experience at Executive Level (E1/L8 or above) in CPSEs/PSUs.
  • General Manager / Land Acquisition: Any Graduate (Full Time).
  • Assistant Manager / Electrical: B.E./B.Tech (Electrical) (Full Time) or Diploma in Electrical (Full Time).
  • Assistant Manager / Corporate Communications: P.G. Degree/Diploma in Mass Communication/ Public Relations or equivalent.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • Initial scrutiny of applications based on eligibility criteria.
  • Shortlisted candidates will be called for Document Verification followed by an Interview.
  • Merit list preparation based on Interview score with a minimum qualifying mark of 60%.
  • No TA/DA will be paid to candidates appearing for the interview.

  • Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate / Birth Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth.
  • All Degree and Consolidated Mark Sheets for relevant qualifications.
  • Experience Certificates on Official Letterhead demonstrating executive level experience.
  • Deputation/Relief Certificate from current employer (if applying on deputation basis).
  • Two recent passport-size photographs and Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar/Voter ID/PAN).
