Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Educational Qualification: Full-time Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with not less than 60% marks (or equivalent grade) from a recognized University/Institute approved by AICTE/UGC, as on 01.10.2026.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience as on 01.10.2026 in Electrical Construction, Procurement, Installation, Testing, Commissioning/TRD Maintenance in Railways, Metro Rail, or Power Transmission/Distribution utilities. Experience in Railway OHE/Power Supply/SCADA is preferred. Teaching, training, or freelancing experience is not counted.
• Age Limit: Maximum 50 years as on 01.10.2026. Age relaxations apply as per Government of India guidelines.
• Medical Standards: Candidates must be in sound health and free from color blindness. No relaxation in health standards is allowed.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Registration: Candidates must register between 09:30 AM and 01:00 PM at the designated venue.
• Document Verification: Only candidates meeting the eligibility criteria with original certificates (Age, Qualification, Experience, Category) will be allowed to the interview.
• Interview: Interview will commence at 10:00 AM. Depending on the number of candidates, the process may extend beyond one day.
• Note: No TA/DA will be paid for attending the walk-in interview.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

• Original Application format (A-4 size) with self-attested photograph.
• Experience Certificates (chronological order) and last 2 months' salary slips (if employed).
• Original Class X Certificate/DOB Proof.
• Degree/Diploma certificates and all semester mark sheets.
• Valid Caste/EWS/Relaxation Certificates in GoI format.
• IRCON Ex-Contract employees must provide Termination Letter.

Is there an application fee for IRCON Manager/Electrical posts?

What is the salary for IRCON Manager/Electrical on contract?

• The remuneration is a fixed consolidated pay of Rs. 60,000/- per month with a 5% annual increment. No additional allowances are provided except TA/DA for outstation duty.
