Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Two-year GNM Course Completion Certificate from Recognized University (for Nurse post)
• Experience Certificates on Official Letterhead (if applicable)
• Valid Category / Caste Certificate in Central Government prescribed format (if applicable)
• Two recent passport-size photographs and Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN)
