Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Essential Qualification (one of the following): Master's degree or Integrated Master's in Natural Sciences, Agricultural Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, MVSc, Animal Sciences, or equivalent from a recognised university. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or Medicine from a recognised university or equivalent.
  • Desirable Qualifications: Experience in handling microbes, molecular identification, phenotypic characterisation, and preservation. Experience in molecular biology techniques including DNA isolation, RNA isolation, PCR, RT-PCR, Sanger sequencing, and microbial genomics.
  • Age Limit: 35 years (upper age limit). Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST/PwBD/Women candidates, 3 years for OBC candidates. No "as on" date for age computation is specified in the notice.
