Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- General Eligibility: Retired or Voluntarily Retired (VR) officers from Railways, Government Departments, Central PSUs, Ports, or JV Companies.
- Dy. General Manager (Projects/Civil): CDA PB-3 GP 6600 or IDA E-4 scale with infrastructure project experience.
- Sr. Manager (Projects/Loco): CDA PB-3/2 GP 5400/4800 or IDA E-3 scale with relevant infrastructure/diesel loco maintenance experience.
- Manager (P. Way, Projects, S&T, Traffic Planning, Admin, Electrical): CDA PB-2 GP 4600 or IDA E-2 scale with domain-specific experience.
- Dy. Manager (S&T/Traffic): CDA PB-2 GP 4600/4200 or IDA E-1 scale with S&T or Railway Traffic Planning experience.
- Age Limit: Maximum 63 years as on 17 November 2026.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
- Screening: Initial screening of applications to shortlist candidates based on experience and eligibility.
- Interview: Personal interview of shortlisted candidates.
- Final Selection: Based on screening and interaction/interview performance.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.

- Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth
- All Degree and Consolidated Mark Sheets
- Experience Certificates on Official Letterhead
- Pension Payment Order (PPO) and Last Drawn Salary Slip
- Updated CV and Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN)
- Self-attested copies of all documents (No originals required with application)
