Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Regional Youth Welfare & Pradeshik Vikas Dal Officer: Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university along with a valid UP PET 2025 scorecard.
• Exercise Trainer (Vyayam Prashikshak): Bachelor's degree in any discipline along with D.P.Ed / B.P.Ed / B.P.E / Graduation in Physical Education from a recognized institution, plus a valid UP PET 2025 scorecard.
• Physical Measurement Standards (PMT):Male (General/OBC/SC): Minimum height 167.7 cm; chest 78.8 cm unexpanded, 83.8 cm expandedMale (ST): Minimum height 160 cm; chest 76.5 cm unexpanded, 81.3 cm expandedFemale (General/OBC/SC): Minimum height 152 cmFemale (ST): Minimum height 147 cm
• Physical Efficiency Test (PET): Minimum 45 aggregate marks required to pass (event details per post category in the official notification).

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• The selection for UPSSSC Advertisement No. 23-Exam/2026 will be conducted in the following stages:
• Shortlisting: Based on normalized UP PET 2025 score to shortlist candidates for the Main Written Examination.
• Main Written Examination: 100 marks — covers General Knowledge, General Intelligence, and relevant subject areas.
• Physical Measurement Test (PMT) & Physical Efficiency Test (PET): Qualifying in nature; candidates must meet minimum physical standards and PET marks.
• Document Verification: Original certificates of qualification, identity, and category will be checked.
• Medical Examination: Final medical fitness assessment before appointment.
