Eligibility Criteria for CSIR IHBT Recruitment 2026

  • Detailed qualifications per position are as follows:
  • Position 11001 – Project Associate PAT-I: M.Sc. Chemistry / M.Pharma in Pharmaceutical Chemistry. Desirable: Experience in organic synthesis.
  • Position 11002 – Senior Project Associate: M.Sc. in Chemistry/Biochemistry/Phytochemistry/Industrial Chemistry/Pharmacy OR M.Tech/ME Chemical Engineering OR Doctoral Degree + 3 years (Masters) or 2 years (PhD) research experience. Desirable: Hands-on with membrane filtration, chromatography.
  • Position 11003 – Project Associate PAT-II: M.Sc. Chemistry/Industrial Chemistry/Pharmacy OR B.Tech/BE Chemical/Industrial Engineering + 2 years research experience. Desirable: Statistical software, HPLC knowledge.
  • Positions 11004 & 11005 – Project Assistant PA-I: SSC/10th + ITI. Desirable: Certified Drone Pilot (11004) or IT/Remote sensing lab experience (11005).
  • Position 11006 – Project Associate PAT-I: M.Sc. in Horticulture/Agronomy/Tea Sciences/Biochemistry. Desirable: Remote Sensing and GIS.
  • Positions 11007 & 11008 – Project Associate PAT-I: Master’s in Life Sciences/Biological Sciences/Biotechnology/Botany. Desirable: Plant cell culture, molecular biology.
  • Position 11009 – Project Associate PAT-I: B.E./B.Tech or Master’s in Remote Sensing/GIS/Geoinformatics/Geography/Forestry/Ecology/Computer Science. Desirable: Remote Sensing/GIS experience.
  • Position 11010 – Project Associate PAT-I: B.E./B.Tech in CS/IT or MCA. Desirable: Web development, databases, GIGW, dashboards, cybersecurity.
  • Position 11011 – Project Associate PAT-I: M.Sc. in Food Science & Technology/Food Fermentation/Food and Nutrition. Desirable: Product development, shelf life testing.

Age Limit and Stipend Details
