Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Assistant Grade 3: Graduate degree from a recognized university OR Higher Secondary (10+2) pass with a Diploma in Modern Office Management (MOM) from a recognized Polytechnic Institute in Chhattisgarh state.
  • Data Entry Operator: Same as above, plus One-year Diploma in Computer Applications from a recognized institution, and Hindi and English typing speed certificate of 8,000 key depressions per hour.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • Merit list based on graduation/12th/diploma percentages and work experience.
  • Skill test.
  • Final selection based on skill test and overall merit.
  • No TA/DA will be paid for attending the selection process.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

  • Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate / Birth Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth
  • All Degree and Consolidated Mark Sheets (Relevant Qualifications)
  • Typing Speed Certificate for Hindi and English (8,000 key depressions per hour)
  • Experience Certificates on Official Letterhead (if applicable)
  • Valid Category / Caste Certificate in Central Government prescribed format (if applicable)
  • Two recent passport-size photographs & Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN)
  • Self-attested copies of all documents.
