Sericulture Assistant (SA) – Qualification Required

• Option A: Sericulture in a three-year or four-year full-time degree from a recognized university or institution.
• Option B: Three-year full-time degree + PG Diploma in Sericulture from a recognized institution.
• Option C: Agriculture Sciences / Forestry in a four-year full-time bachelor's degree from a recognized university or institution.
• Option D: Biological Science (Zoology or Botany or Biology) in a three-year full-time degree + PG Diploma in Sericulture.
• Option E: Biological Sciences (Zoology or Botany or Biology) in a three-year full-time bachelor's degree or Biotechnology degree + One year of experience in sericulture project work.
• Desirable Qualification: Work experience in the field of silkworm rearing & grainage (Pre-Cocoon Sector).

Age Limit

• Maximum age limit is 35 years as on the cut-off date of 06 November 2026.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Selection will be based solely on the personal interview of eligible candidates.
• Candidates will be called for interview based on the online applications submitted; interview dates, time, and venue will be communicated through e-mail only to the registered e-mail ID.
• Original certificates and valid identity proof must be produced for verification at the time of interview.
• No TA/DA, lodging, boarding, or any other expenses will be paid to candidates for attending the interview.

• Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate / Birth Certificate as proof of date of birth.
• All degree certificates and consolidated mark sheets for the relevant qualification.

• Two recent passport-size photographs and valid photo ID proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN).
