Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Apprentice Trainee: 1-Year Bachelor in Library & Information Science (B.Lib & Inf. Sc.) OR 3-Years Diploma in Library & Information Science with minimum 55% marks from a recognized University/College/Institute/State Board of Technical Education.
  • Candidates passing out more than 5 years prior to recruitment are NOT eligible.
  • Preference to candidates with knowledge of computers, IT, library software, and data entry skills.
  • Candidates must be registered on the NATS portal.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • Eligible candidate list displayed on NATS portal, Library Notice Board, and Library Website.
  • Selection via Test/Interview (Date to be announced).
  • Original certificates must be produced during selection.
  • No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the selection process.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

  • Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate / Birth Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth.
  • All Degree and Consolidated Mark Sheets (B.Lib & Inf. Sc. / Diploma).
  • Valid Category / Caste Certificate (if applicable).
  • Two recent passport-size photographs & Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN).
  • NATS Registration Printout.
