Post-Wise Vacancy & Pay Scale

Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Project Officer (Disaster Management): Essential Qualification: Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognised University or Institute or equivalent. Desirable Qualification: Preference will be given to candidates holding a degree or diploma in Disaster Management. Experience: Minimum 2 (two) years of working experience as a full-time paid employee in an organisation of repute dealing with Disaster Management. Technical Skills: Knowledge of Disaster Risk Reduction; proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet usage. Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in Assamese and English. Age Limit: Should not be below 21 years and above 42 years as on 01-01-2026.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• The selection of Project Officer (Disaster Management) candidates will be conducted through the following multi-stage procedure by ASDMA:
• Initial Shortlisting: Applications will be screened based on essential eligibility criteria – educational qualification, age limit, and relevant work experience in Disaster Management.
