• Enter complete degree details including period of study, marks obtained, percentage, date of result declaration, and conferring university.
• Answer the work-experience questions honestly. If employed in any ordnance factory, Ministry of Defence, Central Government, State Government, PSU, or non-government organisation, the application must be routed through the proper channel with confirmation.
• Attach all required enclosures listed in item 20 of the form and sign the declaration with date and place.
