MoEF&CC Scientific Consultant Vacancy Details 2026
- The consolidated amount includes all applicable taxes, and no other facility or allowance is allowed. Consultants are not entitled to Dearness Allowance, Residential Telephone, Residential Accommodation, Personal Staff, CGHS or Medical Reimbursement. The annual increment is between 0 and 8 percent, depending on the quality of performance as determined by the Divisional Head case by case.
Essential Qualification (Both Posts)
- Master's Degree in Env. Engineering/ Environmental Science/Chemistry or B.E/B.Tech.
Selection Process
- Selection is by interview. Applications received in the Ministry will be scrutinized, and only shortlisted candidates shall be called. The Ministry reserves the right to call any number of applicants based on their essential and desirable qualification and experience, and preference will be given to those with adequate qualifications and experience. A request for a virtual interview shall not be considered.
