Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Test Engineer (Post Code-1): M.Tech. in Farm Machinery and Power Engineering. Desirable: Experience of working in a reputed Farm Machinery Training and Testing Centre.
• Senior Research Fellow (SRF) (Post Code-2): M.Tech. in Farm Machinery and Power Engineering with 4 years B.Tech. in Agricultural Engineering. Desirable: Experience in operation & testing of farm machines.
• Qualification, age, and other eligibility conditions shall be determined as on the closing date with due approval of the Competent Authority.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Screening: Candidates will be shortlisted based on academic qualification, experience, publications, achievements, and awards submitted along with the duly filled application form.
• Walk-in Interview: Only shortlisted candidates after the screening procedure will be allowed to appear in the interview. The University reserves the right to conduct a qualifying/written test to further shortlist candidates.
• Document Verification: Self-attested documents furnished by the selected candidate shall be verified from original documents.
• Important: No TA/DA will be paid by the University to attend the walk-in interview. If the interview is not conducted as scheduled, candidates may need to stay for the next day without any TA/DA claim.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

• Printout of duly filled application form in the prescribed proforma (attached with the notification).
• Original and self-attested copies of all necessary documents: Date of Birth, Educational Qualification, and Experience Certificate (if any).
• Recent two (02) passport-size photographs (not more than six months old from the date of advertisement).
• Signature on the application form.
• Five (05) copies of updated signed short CV (maximum 02 pages) at the time of interview.
• No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the employer if currently employed elsewhere.
• Instructions: Clearly mention the post name on the application form. Incomplete and unsigned applications will be rejected. Only shortlisted candidates after screening will be permitted to appear for the interview. Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification. No interim correspondence shall be entertained. Disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Patna High Court only.
