• Young Professional-I (Administration):Educational Qualification: Graduation in B.Com / B.Sc. / B.A. / BBA / BBS from a recognized University with minimum 60% marksAge Limit: 21 to 45 years as on the date of the interviewAge Relaxation: SC – 5 years, ST – 5 years, Women – 5 years, OBC – 3 yearsDesirable Qualifications:One year experience in administrative worksKnowledge in Computer and TypingExperience in Office clerical worksOther Requirements: Furnish signed declarations as detailed in Annexure-I and Annexure-II

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Shortlisting: Applications received by 25 November 2026 will be scrutinized. Shortlisted candidates will be intimated by email.
• Walk-In Interview: Only candidates who receive email communication may appear for the walk-in interview on 30 November 2026 at 10:30 AM at VRC, ICAR-CMFRI, Visakhapatnam.
• Disqualification Clause: Applicants who do not send original certificates from matriculation onwards in scanned form will not be allowed to appear for the interview. A candidate who declares a relative at ICAR/CMFRI only on the date of interview will not be interviewed.
• No TA/DA: No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for appearing in the interview.
• Authority: The decision of the Director, ICAR-CMFRI will be final and binding in all respects.

• Fill the application format in Annexure-I and the declaration in Annexure-II, duly signed.
• Send bio-data with scanned copies of all original supporting documents from matriculation onwards to [email protected] on or before 25 November 2026.
• Ensure all original certificates from matriculation onwards are scanned and sent to the same email address.
• Shortlisted candidates will be intimated by email and only those who receive communication may appear for the walk-in interview on 30 November 2026.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

• Bio-data in Annexure-I format with passport-size photograph affixed
• Scanned copies of all original certificates from Matriculation (10th) onwards
• All Degree Certificates and Consolidated Mark Sheets (minimum 60% in Graduation)
• Attested copies of Experience Proof on official letterhead (if applicable)
• Signed Declaration forms in Annexure-I and Annexure-II
• No Objection Certificate (NOC) from present employer, if employed elsewhere
• One valid Government Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN Card) at the time of interview
• Disqualification Notice: Candidates with a near or distant relative employed at ICAR-CMFRI must declare it in Annexure-II before the interview date. Concealing of facts or canvassing in any form shall lead to disqualification or termination.
